Please allow 3-6 business days for your item to ship once your order has been placed.
Orders placed with FedEx 2Day and FedEx Overnight must be placed by 12pm ET to be shipped same day. Orders placed after 12pm ET will ship the following business day.
Domestic Ground Shipping 5 to 10 business days

If you place an order after 12pm ET on Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday.

Mother's Day 2025

Place orders by May 2 12pm EST for ground shipping & delivery by Mother's Day, May 11.
Place orders by May 8 12pm EST for overnight shipping to guarantee delivery for Mother’s Day, May 11.
We will no longer be accepting orders for custom bracelets for Mother’s Day. All orders placed for custom bracelets on 4/30 onwards will ship after Mother’s Day.

We cannot cancel or make changes to an order once it is placed.
PO Boxes: we ship to PO boxes with USPS Domestic Ground Shipping 5 to 10 business days
International shipping: customer is responsible for duties and taxes
Shipping is not waived for partial shipping
We are not able to ship to Russia
Complimentary domestic shipping will automatically apply at checkout on qualifying orders of $250+ USD before shipping + taxes. Valid only on standard US domestic orders after all discounts have been applied.
