Role Overview
Roxanne Assoulin is seeking an experienced and highly creative Head of Content to lead and evolve the brand’s global content and storytelling strategy. This role sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, creative and production, with strategic responsibility for developing and executing the content plan in close partnership with the Brand Marketing Director consultants.
You will work collaboratively to shape the overarching content strategy and then take full ownership of translating that strategy into a best-in-class, executable master content plan, delivering consistently across all digital and physical touchpoints.
This is a senior leadership role requiring exceptional taste, strategic thinking, operational rigour and the ability to collaborate closely with Roxanne and senior stakeholders across the business—while always keeping the customer at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Strategy
- Own and execute the global content and brand marketing strategy, translating overarching business and brand objectives into a clear, actionable master content plan
- Maintain strategic ownership of the end-to-end content calendar, ensuring alignment across launches, campaigns, cultural moments and commercial priorities
- Ensure all content reflects and evolves the Roxanne Assoulin brand identity, tone of voice and visual language, with consistency across every touchpoint
- Act as the guardian of brand voice and content quality across all digital and physical platforms globally
Content Creation & Shoot Oversight
- Oversee the shoot planning process end-to-end, from concept development and briefing through production and final delivery
- Ensure content creation is optimised for all channels (web, mobile, social, email, paid media, in-store, wholesale, PR and packaging) while maintaining creative integrity
- Manage and control shoot production budgets, delivering best-in-class output within agreed financial parameters
- Partner closely with Roxanne to ensure all content aligns with the brand’s art direction, vision and creative standards
Editorial
- Oversee and manage all elements of our tone of voice & storytelling across all digital and physical platforms globally, including web, mobile, social, email and other marketing content
- Drive strategic direction of all elements of RA global tone of voice. You’ll review and redefine the way we talk to our customer to ensure it elevates our brand proposition to maximise sales and revenue opportunities
- Working very closely with the team and brand consultants, you’ll execute strategy into the master plan and have ownership of the overall content calendar, always keeping the customer at the forefront of plans. You’ll bring together key Senior stakeholders across the business to further shape, organise and ensure delivery against the plan
- Conduct a strategic review of ways of working with teams to streamline workload and extend visibility of content, with an emphasis on quality
- Act as the guardian across all written content on all digital and physical platforms, ensuring that it is delivered consistently across every touchpoint
- Use your network and experience to commission freelance talent where needed
- Ensure seamless, consistent execution across platforms while tailoring content to optimize performance and engagement by channel
Stakeholder Leadership & Ways of Working
- Bring together senior stakeholders across marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, PR, wholesale and operations to align priorities and ensure delivery against the master plan
- Conduct a strategic review of ways of working, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies and increase visibility of content across teams
- Champion a culture of quality, collaboration and creative excellence, balancing speed with craft and attention to detail
Talent, Network & Production
- Leverage your extensive creative network to commission world-class freelance talent (photographers, directors, stylists, writers, designers, producers) in line with budget and brand needs
- Build and manage strong external relationships to support a flexible, scalable content model
- Ensure all commissioned work meets Roxanne Assoulin’s creative standards and contributes to a cohesive brand world
Customer-Centric Focus
- Keep the customer at the heart of all content decisions, ensuring storytelling resonates emotionally while supporting conversion and retention
- Use insights, performance data and customer feedback to continuously refine content strategy and execution
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior brand, content or marketing leadership role within fashion, luxury, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
- Strong background in content strategy, shoot production and creative direction, with a highly developed visual and editorial eye
- Deep understanding of multi-channel content ecosystems and how to optimize content across platforms without diluting brand identity
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines and complex creative projects
- Exceptional understanding of tone of voice, storytelling and brand guardianship
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
- Highly organized, strategic thinker able to move seamlessly between big-picture vision and hands-on execution

The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with strong creative instincts, excellent taste, and a genuine love for visual storytelling. This role will collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing, E-Commerce team, and Founder/Creative Director to bring the brand’s voice and vision to life across all touchpoints — from campaigns and social to packaging and pop-ups.
You’ll play a key role in evolving and maintaining Roxanne Assoulin’s visual identity, creating beautiful, conversion-driven assets that are consistent, modern, and full of heart.
What You’ll Do
— Design digital and print assets for email marketing, social media, website, ads, packaging, and pop-up activations
— Partner with Marketing and E-Commerce to create high-impact, conversion-driven assets that maintain brand integrity
— Develop creative direction for photoshoots, including composition references, shot lists, and post-production guidelines
— Evolve and maintain the brand’s visual identity to ensure a consistent tone and high standard of design across all channels
— Collaborate on seasonal creative concepts, moodboards, and storytelling direction
— Optimize creative for performance (understanding how visuals connect to engagement and sales)
— Organize and manage design files, templates, and asset libraries for cross-team use
You’ll Bring
— 4–6 years of experience in graphic design (fashion, lifestyle, or beauty preferred)
— Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
— Excellent sense of typography, composition, and brand storytelling
— Comfort collaborating with cross-functional partners while managing multiple deadlines
— Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do energy

The Role
We’re seeking a Social Media Editor with 5+ years of experience to lead the editorial direction of our social platforms. This role sits at the heart of the brand’s voice and visual storytelling — developing concepts, curating content, shaping narrative direction, and bringing our creative world to life across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and strategic: someone who understands fashion, culture, and the internet; has a strong editorial POV; and can confidently capture scrappy iPhone content while also editing, writing, and publishing with intention. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and partners closely with the Founder & Creative Director.
Responsibilities
Editorial Direction & Brand Voice
— Own the brand’s tone, copy, and storytelling across all social channels
— Write captions and social copy that reflect RA’s voice (playful, warm, human)
— Guard brand consistency and elevate creative standards across every post
— Translate brand priorities into compelling narratives, visually and verbally
— Develop social-first concepts for product launches and brand moments
Content Creation & Curation
— Capture and edit short-form content (Reels/TikTok) with a strong visual POV
— Plan and produce scrappy, native content that feels real and unpolished-in-the-right-way
— Curate UGC and brand-adjacent content that aligns with RA’s world
— Assist on content capture days and photoshoots; manage shot lists + BTS capture
— Maintain a daily/weekly content calendar aligned to launches, stories, and seasonal priorities
Publishing & Engagement
— Publish content directly and ensure quality control across platforms
— Monitor community engagement and surface themes/opportunities to the team
— Identify relevant trends, audio, formats, and creative references; adapt them to RA
Insights & Collaboration
— Track weekly performance and content learnings; share insights with Marketing + E-Comm

Key Responsibilities
Store Opening & Launch
— Lead and execute all pre-opening tasks in partnership with the Chief of Staff and Founder: store setup, merchandising, inventory flow, policies, staffing, and onboarding.
— Develop and document all retail SOPs including sales, service standards, cash handling, opening/closing, visual resets, UGC content guidelines, and event procedures.
— Partner with leadership to create a launch calendar for the first 90 days.
Retail Leadership & Team Building
— Hire, train, schedule, and manage the store team with clarity and compassion.
— Foster a culture of accountability, creative problem solving, and optimism.
— Conduct ongoing coaching, feedback, performance reviews, and role clarity conversations.
— Own staffing plans and weekly payroll approvals in partnership with operations.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation

— Be the face of the brand in the store — lead from the floor, always.

— Own weekly and monthly store performance metrics: sales, conversion, UPT, AOV, return rates, inventory health.
— Manage Shopify POS operations and reconcile reporting daily.
— Maintain immaculate inventory standards; coordinate with fulfillment and planning teams.
— Drive commercial performance through storytelling, merchandising changes, and real-time problem solving.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
— Maintain visual standards that reflect our brand DNA — simple, joyful, elevated.
— Build merchandising strategies based on data + instinct; collaborate with Marketing & Creative.
— Oversee floor moves, product launches, window installations, and seasonal changeovers.
Community, Events & Growth
— Partner with the founder and team to pilot experiential retail concepts, pop-ups, trunk shows, and workshops.
— Build relationships with local customers, hotels, stylists, concierges, and neighborhood partners.
— Capture learnings from in-store behavior to help shape future retail expansion.
