Returns

If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn
• In their original condition
• Returned with any original packaging when possible

If your return meets the criteria above, click HERE to initiate your return. Please note a $10 handling fee will automatically be deducted from your refund amount.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we'll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to appear on your account depending on your financial institution. 

Please note returns are not accepted in-person.

Some things to keep in mind:

• If a non–Roxanne Assoulin item is returned to us by mistake, please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost required to have the item returned to you.
  

• Shipping fees and international duties & taxes are non- refundable. 

• For all international orders return requests must be made to teamra@roxanneassoulin.com.

• All customization and sale items are considered final sale & non-refundable.
