Sometimes things don’t work out. We get it. Let’s make it easy for you.

Our return policy

• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. All returns must be in perfect condition.
• If your return meets the criteria above, click HERE to initiate your return. Please note a $10 handling fee will automatically be deducted from your refund amount. 
• Please note returns are not accepted in-person.
• Shipping fees and international duties & taxes are non- refundable. 
• For all international orders return requests must be made to teamra@roxanneassoulin.com.
  
  

• Once we receive your return please allow 7-10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. Upon completion an email notification will be received.

• All customization and sale items are considered final sale & non-refundable.
