Repairs

Sometimes we all need a little TLC — and we’ll always do our best to help keep your favorite RA pieces in rotation:yellow_heart:. 

  • If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a replacement, repair, or another resolution.
  • For pieces outside of the 14-day window, repair options may be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on the style, materials, and parts availability.

While we can't guarantee that every piece can be repaired, we're always happy to take a look and see how we can help.
